you will need:
200 grams of biscuits, broken pieces of medium (or hands can shred them coarsely food processor)
1/2 cup pecans or toasted chopped king
1/4 cup dried blueberries or cranberries dried or dried apricots or figs
1/2 cup meringue kisses ready, coarse crumbs crushed large
250 grams of dark chocolate, broken into chunks
100g butter
1 tablespoon honey
preparation:
Line the pan with plastic wrap to remain wide margins of nylon on both sides.
In a large bowl put the biscuits, nuts, pecans, blueberries (or cranberries or other dried fruit) and meringue.
In a separate bowl, microwave oven, place the chocolate, butter and honey and heat 20 seconds until the chocolate and butter melt.
Stir and continue to melt at short intervals, remove and stir until you have a smooth paste.
Pour the bowl of biscuits. Mix. Pan padded.
Flatten the dough with a spoon stuffing bit and cover with plastic wrap.
Store in the refrigerator for about an hour, until the dough stands.
Remove and slice.
Serve.
You can keep several days in the refrigerator.
